Dental Implants -
One of the most predictable ways to replace missing teeth is by using dental implants. That is because dental implants look and feel like a real tooth. Dental implants consist of an anchor screw that is surgically implanted into the jaw bone and a natural looking tooth attached to the anchor. Both bone and gums grow around the implant, rendering it virtually indistinguishable from the surrounding teeth in most cases. Unlike bridges, dental implants do not require filing down neighboring teeth, or joining teeth together, which can make it much more difficult for flossing and hygiene.
